I have not been doing a very good job with keeping up with my blog post --- I guess I am just give out at the end of each day--- so I am catching up. We started the week with school and gymnastics as usually. It was a very rainy week and that is usually not good for logging but this week it was a blessing. The wood mills have been full and the loggers have not been able to haul very much wood so the rain helped by the mills opening back up, so Brian has been working late every night this week and we have not seen him very much. Thursday, the school had "eat lunch with a loved one and enjoy the book fair" so Kaden and I took McDonald's to the girls at school and ate lunch with them and visited the book fair (they only got to spend $15.00 each this time and I made sure of that). Friday was field day and a half day at school so the girls were excited about this. Saturday, we enjoyed going to the Grand Opening at the local general store in Louisville -- the kids enjoyed seeing the bunnies and chicks and yes they wanted one but I told them they were not for sale (lol). After leaving the general store we enjoyed the afternoon at the city park and outside at home (the girls created a small carnival -- bobing for apples and tractor rides).
